role / Job Objective:
To develop and
generate more revenue by driving and developing our channel network.
Main responsibilities and key activities :
will direct and expand our local distribution channels in India Sub region
through the establishment of a strong and committed dealer network
coverage in your assigned territory.
will jointly develop plans with our channel partners to
cover key markets or vertical segments, assess & improve
performance of these partners and develop their sales &
technical capabilities enabling them
to create successful sales pipelines.
support activities will also include ensuring that product
enhancements are well communicated, providing sales tools and other
marketing resources to maximize channel revenue success, improving
accuracy of their forecasting opportunities and assisting them
in implementing a systematic lead generation process.
feedback to Esko Management on market developments and opportunities
mutual cooperation between channel partners and Esko direct sales team to
maximize our revenue potential for the region
and manage the channel agreements
required channel screening program and attend channel meetings, including
compliance meetings, initiated by HQ
with Esko Marketing to assure channel partners have updated materials to
support their efforts finding Esko opportunities
our channel partners are providing monthly sales funnel list and that list
is properly managed by you in SFDC
appropriate DBS tools (QDIP and Action Plan) to manage our channel success
monthly Ops meetings and present progress on our channel efforts.
and professional knowledge :
or Degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Engineering or IT
Relevant sales experience in channel
management, with proven record in identifying & establishing strong
dealer networks, preferably in the packaging or printing industry,
and/or solution software sales industries
in Mandarin and local dialects. Good working knowledge
of English to enable communication with regional and international
astute with ability to apply pragmatic commercial approaches in sales
negotiations & closing
interpersonal relationship skills with ability to handle multi level
(personal qualifications) :
strong listening skills
