Logix line engineers are self-motivated, possess superlative troubleshooting and analysis skills and are
prepared to do whatever it takes to maintain our Mail hosting platform and to get the job done with
minimal customer impact. The line team is responsible for the day to day operational running of Logix
entire E-mail hosting platform and provide support to the business. Each line engineer must participate in
this system as required. You will posses excellent communication and team working skills and have
confidence working on your own initiative.
Support, maintain and grow the Linux hosting platform including Zimbra, Qmail, Postfix Mysql, PHP,
RHEL, FEDORA, CENTOS
Reporting to SOC Manager,
Responsible for team if required.
Responsible to supporting higher team for smooth running of Logix hosting infrastructure
Supporting, maintaining, monitoring & troubleshooting the Logix hosting platform, network, IP traffic
Working with the Development team on the creation and implementation of new services/products
Working with the Network Specialist to maintain the network infrastructure and IP traffic flow
Responsible for customer interaction for support and resolution of their hosted shared messaging or
hosted dedicated messaging servers
Maintaining the KPI performance of the shared hosting platform
Ensuring the Customer is having trouble free service experience and support to take care of its queries and complaint
Linux (Redhat, Centos) administration / Postfix administration / Zimbra Administration / Qmail
Administration, Network administration
Knowledge of core internet protocols .e.g. SMTP, DNS, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS
Web Scripting languages e.g. Perl, PHP (optional)
MySQL database administration (optional)
Should be ready to work in 24×7 environment.
Windows server administration
Exchange server administration
Server level l hardware experience
Bsc (IT) /Engineering Diploma /Bsc (any stream) /BCA / Any relevant Linux qualification
Microsoft Certification (Desirable)
2 to 4 year
