Goals: 1. Meet4- 5 presentations to decision makers in schools every day.
2. Achieveindividual sales target and forge new school relationships. It s a high energy job which requires the SSM to spend 100%of his/ her time in the field.
Required skills and experience:
- Sales Skills and Experience: 1- 3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in B2B sales (e.g. IT, Media, Medical equipment, education, etc)
- Excellent negotiation skills with good track record of closing sales and meeting revenue targets * High intensity work ethic with fire in the belly. Perseverant. Willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to stretch and work under pressure.
- Problem solver: Should be able to identify road blocks and get around them.
- Quick learner. Should be able to understand the market dynamics quickly and make course corrections.
