Roles & Requirements :
Institute mechanisms and procedures to control and track performance of new start-up business units and key people.

Excellent leadership skills in handling cross functional teams as well as across the spectrum with elite clients and organisation.

A rich mix of experience in multiple domains especially Application Development & Maintenance pertaining to Banking & Financials, Healthcare, Manufacturing etc

Providing leadership and vision to the organisation by assisting the executive team and staff with development of long term and annual plans as well as formulating or recommending policies.

Experience in managing pre-sales, sales, cold callings, Account Management, Operation functions and client management.

Proven record of achieving revenue targets in time and again by qualifying, managing leads & opportunities as well as converting them.

Outstanding presentation and communication skills and the experience and proclivity to be an outstanding spokesperson and relationship builder.

Excellent knowledge of cost analysis, understanding of estimations, engagement risks and commercials.

Institute mechanisms and procedures to control and track performance of new, existing projects etc for the business unit and key people.

Ability to negotiate and work effectively with multiple functional groups and a diverse set of people in multiple geographic locations.

Ensure managements effectiveness by coaching, counselling the managers, communicating values, strategies, objectives, planning, monitoring and appraising the results, building an environment for offering information and opinions.

Excellent client management skills and interact with CXO / Senior stakeholders in client organisation.

Expert in developing and growing C- level relationships.

Prepare strong proposals and business plans.

Responsible for the growth and profitability of the organisation.

Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills.

Excellent working knowledge of RFP (request for proposal) and RFI (request for information) as per business development perspectives.

Proven track record in increasing sales, client management and customer base.
