?Job DescriptionPosition Title: Team Leader / ?Asst Manager (Procurement)Department: Sourcing & LogisticsReporting to: Operations Manager (Procurement)?Job Roles involvesAssume line management responsibility of 8-10 Procurement Specialists who provide Procurement Transactional & Strategic Support to DuPont Buy Team & Various Plants location in North AmericaAnd the Job ? involves: Managing Performance of the team & responsible for people development & growthServe as an ?Escalation point for the clientsProviding Subject Matter Guidance to the team on the domain and work processes involvesWork closely with the Quality Team to improve the effectiveness , quality of the work , drive process improvements/lean/Six SigmaManaging Service deliverables of the processesJob QualificationsSkill Sets/Experience: Graduates in any discipline with: Overall at least 5 plus Yrs of experience , with atleast 2 years in Sourcing & Procurement Domain in BPO and ?atleast 1 Yr ?in handling People ?(should be independently handling a team ?with a span of atleast 5-7 specialists)Excellent Oral & Written Communication SkillsProven skills in leading and coaching peopleLeadership Skills/ Problem Solving SkillsEffective in leading and managing changeCustomer and client service orientationExperience in handling multiple processesGood working knowledge in MS Office applicationsGood Multitasking , prioritization, time management skillsWilling to work in US Shift Timings.
