KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Compensation & Benefit
Evaluating new benefits programs (Health & wellness for instance) from time to time for employees
Participation in Benchmark surveys and Awards
Annual Budget preparation and Audit
Annual increment cycle
Bonus and incentives
Payroll Processing
Liasioning with departments to get payroll input prepared
Liasioning with the payroll vendor for processing
Liasisoning with Finance for salary credit
Handling query/grievances
Annual processes: communication and Help Desk for Flexi planner, Investment submission,
Reconciliation and payroll reporting for audit purpose
PF transactions and tracker
Leave and Attendance Management
Managing the leave and attendance portal
Liasioning with departments to close monthly attendance cycle
Liasioning with the portal vendor for processing
Preparing all the monthly and annual reports
Handling query/grievances
Preparing Actuarial and audit data
Recruitment & Selection
Preliminary screening
Liasioning with Hiring Mangers for interviews and feedback
Generating offer letters/Appointment letters
Joining Formalities
BGV verification & reporting
Managing compliance as per S&E Act
Vendor Management
Ensuring all registers are complete on time
Liaison with internal Legal team & vendor for query resolution
Handling All HR Vendor Contracts
Preparing & legal vetting by Legal SPOC
Data analytics & MIS
