Receiving and processing export sales documentation from Customer Relations for outbound shipment timely and promptly.
Arranging and coordinating of shipment based on sales orders requirements, taking into consideration of time and cost
Preparing the necessary import/export documentations in compliance with shipment requirements and processes
Verifying of LC information and other pertinent documentation.
Working closely and co-ordination with cross functioning departments to meet shipment requirements.
Co-ordinating with supplier/inter-company to ensure direct shipment is effected promptly to meet customers' requirement
Co-ordinating with freight forwarders/transporters on clearance of inbound shipments and deliveries to or plant/toll, timely loading and transportation of shipment to meet customers' delivery dates.
Invoicing promptly to customers/distributors/inter-company/agents
