II. JOB PURPOSE

Prepare and execute sales plan for the assigned vertical; manage growth in business by increasing the yield from existing

clients and tapping non traditional sources of revenue; liaise with media planners/Celebrity Management companies /PR

agencies / Production houses / individual producers; allocate responsibilities within the team, mentor the team with the

objective of achieving revenue targets as per plan and ensuring sustained growth for OMS business.

To lead Client servicing of exiting key accounts and new business development for the Films vertical (Telugu film industry)

in order to help the Company achieve targets and to plan future growth path.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Would be responsible for:

To lead Client servicing of exiting key accounts and new business development for

the Films vertical (Telegu film industry) in order to help the Company achieve

targets and to plan future growth path.

Plan effectively for achieving targets, provide revenue projections, monitor sales

target achievement on daily basis,

Business development analyzing new possibilities of business growth and

expansion

To do advance revenue planning to meet targets i.e. plan special projects/

/initiatives etc for NTR

Monitor sales target achievement on weekly/monthly basis;

Monitoring competitors activities

To liaise with editorial team in order to facilitate routine work

Audit the quality of content being sent for publishing

Trouble shooting related to execution of sales (coordinate with

edit/scheduling/business operations/client for closure of sale)

To establish employee goals and drive performance by guiding them.

To plan employee growth and provide them with relevant training facilities and

opportunities.

Other duties as assigned.
