Motivator is seeking a vibrant and experienced media professional with at least 3- 5 years of experience in offline Media Planning. In this role, you should have a thorough knowledge of the media marketplace and an innovative approach in use of media, research and presentation techniques.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Business Group Head

Measures of success –

In three months:
Understood the Motivator way of working and are able to navigate through the verticals
Handle the clients day to day requirements
Understand knowhow of digital media

In six months:
Initiated and delivered at least 2 key projects
Team work , closely working with different functions
Create a 360 planning approach for new campaign

In twelve months:
Use of proprietary tools for annual plans
Completely adept on the brand and category

Responsibilities of the role:
Leads in day to day operation and execution of planning.
Responsible for project management, timeline and budget control.
Work closely with the senior members of the client and the team.
To use the appropriate software tools to ensure accurate, timely and high quality analysis and reports
To create pre and post evaluation reports and share the same with seniors for reference before sharing it with clients
To provide quality analysis with action points for category competitive reports for clients
To provide mid-campaign evaluation and take corrective action as required to ensure that campaign deliverables are met
To alert client timely if there is likely to be a campaign delivery shortfall and take course corrective action in alignment with client

What you will need:
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in using MS office tool
Quantitative Skills- Standard excel commands, shortcuts, formulas
Industry software knowledge & Usage- TAM, IRS, TGI, BARC
Team Player
Excellent communication skills
Eye for detail
Meticulous process & executive management
