Reporting to : VP & Global Delivery Head

Role/ Key Responsibilities Strong presales experience with mobility background. Ability to manage cross / horizontal functions like BA, UI/UX, Technology Architecture group and Delivery. Owns end to end delivery of the assigned customer accounts in a portfolio Develop s and maintains positive customer relationships with key contacts. Contribute to Account Planning Employee engagement and retention Take solution ownership for the proposals for the assigned existing accounts in portfolio Performance Management per Kony Guidelines Support Pre-Sales activities

Experience/ Profile Needed
Hands on experience in Pre- Sales Work closely and manage the Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, Technical Architect Group teams and UX teams Prior experience of managing on-site offshore engagements in a similar role Knowledge and experience of Mobility Industry , Mobile App Development Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the
customer and the firm. Integrating the solution for the particular project with the business domain, enterprise concerns,
industry standards, established patterns, and best practices. Create a conceptual vision of the solution in the form of a conceptual architecture diagram Coordinates closely with internal sales and service resources to align solution design with
c ustomers’ business requirements Create visualization in the form of a complete and precise formal model, expressed in industry-
standard notation. Provide E2E solution and design details and communicate that solution as well as its importance
and value to stakeholders throughout the organization. Survey market landscape for solution insights, direction, vendors, and methods Provides expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design
documentation Speak at trade conferences and seek authorship opportunities in trade publications Demonstrated deployments of enterprise or consumer-facing mobile software systems using
industry standard environments including iOS, Android, MADP Deliver Proof Of Concepts (POC), Product presentations and demonstration. Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills Experience with Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions Understanding various non-functional aspects in mobile application design and provide a solution to optimize performance, scalability etc. Deliver mobile platform and architecture recommendations based on project requirements and
industry best practices

Required Experience & Skills: At least 10 + years of presales experience required with enterprise-wide solution exp erience Experience in iOS, Android and Mobile Web Platforms and MADP Successful track record in presales and Solution architect role in a software environment Excellent presentation and demonstration skills Proven ability to multi task and prioritise under pressure Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution. Customer Relationship Management Excellent communication skills Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Job requires traveling to the customer locations Global Exposure
