We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team.
As an Executive Assistant, your responsibilities entail providing administrative support to MD and key Sr Executives by taking care of tasks related to document management, travel, expense management and other matters related to organization amenities and communication. You will have to communicate through phone and email and ensure that all in scope administrative duties are executed perfectly and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Keep a track record of executive's appointment schedule - plan and schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Provides assistance in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Maintain expense reports. Submit and reconcile them periodically.
Other administrative activities required to operate an Executive’s office while maintaining confidentiality
Education and Experience
Ability to grasp details and problem-solving skills.
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
2 to 6 years’ experience providing secretarial or administrative support.
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
