The Financial Reporting Department within BNY Mellon is responsible for the preparation of annual and semi-annual financial statements for our clients and for the management of all aspects of the audit process. The Department has responsibility for a broad range of funds and produces financial statements under Irish GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAP and US GAAP. Essential skills: Numerical skills, analytical skills, displaying a competency towards accuracy and attention to detail. Be proactive, enthusiastic, have a good work ethic and possess good organisational, time management and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and Oral English Chartered Accountant or Professional accounting qualification (ICWA/ CS/ CPA/ CIMA etc) Bachelors degree in Accounting could also be considered but having relevant Fin Reporting Experience Essential knowledge: Post profession qualification experience of min 1.5 years or 3 to 5 years work experience gained in a relevant Fin reporting role in the financial services sector. Advanced knowledge of excel and word. Desirable knowledge: At least 1 years experience in the funds industry.
