About the department:
GSC Finance Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analytics for Head Quarters, Region Europe, North America, International Operations & Global Service Centre Bangalore.
The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardisation and efficiency.

The Job:
In this role you will have to manage remote implementations of Concur Professional Expense service for Novo Nordisk affiliates/customer. The Business Analyst role works closely with Project Manager to identify solutions for each implementation and responsible for managing all project deliverables, completing implementations within an aggressive timeframe; while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality and customer satisfaction.
Successfully manage multiple, simultaneous implementations by continually motivating customer, ensuring project timelines are met and customer issues are addressed while adhering to Novo Nordisk Standards
Proactively provide status updates to Project Manager, deployment productivity and quality metrics.
Detail all implementation activities in internal tracking tools in a timely manner, accurately track project time allocation on a daily basis.
Escalate issues to designated team contacts and/or cross-functional teams in a timely manner to ensure implementation issues are addressed early.
Collaborate with other members of the implementation team to develop and deliver
Contribute to special projects as needed to ensure successful service deployments, improved internal processes/methodologies and on-going retention/satisfaction of customer base.

Main Job Task:
Strong knowledge in Concur Expense module
Proven ability in TAX administration and Travel allowance module
Complete knowledge on Implementation experience
Ability to build complete Concur platform for customer/affiliates
Co-ordination with Concur to integrate Credit card feed set up
Strong knowledge of integrating Concur with SAP for account postings
Work closely with Project Manager to identify alternative solutions for complex requirements
Maintain system configuration document up to date
Foster internal/external relationships, tactfully manage customer relationships
Strong problem-solving, communication and customer management.
Discuss accounting and financial concepts with different teams within the organization
Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring creative /technical success
Adhere to internal project KPI’s set by the Management

Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent)
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Concur system configuration
Strong Project Management skills and experience – proven track record within large global processes in Finance system rollouts (Concur/SAP)
Manage entire project, including structure and plan own work, meet all commitments, deal with issues, and actively drive project decision making
Drive project problem solving, including defining and clarifying problems, structuring and prioritising issues, identifying analyses and approach, and developing recommendations
