We are currently looking for "Office 365" based at Chennai / Pune location.
Location: Pune or Chennai
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Support Window: 24 X 5
Position : Permanent Roll
JD: L2, L3 support for Office 365. Client has migrated from Exchange 2013 to Office 365.
JD as given by client:
Basic understanding of Computer, network, and software administration principles
Advanced understanding of client protocols and Active Directory features and functions.
Understanding of messaging client software (Outlook) and Office 2031 Pro use cases and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to read and understand technical documents and specifications.
Messaging client connectivity issues.
Mobile connectivity issues
Client software issues not related to connectivity including Cached mode issues, address caching and GAL including support Office 2013 PRO.
Active Directory replication and synchronization issues that affect e-mail transport, directory, or client issues.
Additionally for L3:
Manage problem reports from initiation to resolution.
Strive for excellence in customer service
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must exhibit advanced verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with peers, engineers, and customers using appropriately technical language.
